HIGH SPEC RENOVATION

NATURAL STONE WALLS
Our Client wanted the renovation of this Victorian warehouse to be sympathetic to the natural shape of the old building but also showcase the best in modern technology and design. We used bespoke glass balustrades, natural lime ‘Glaster’ render to internal walls, recessed low voltage down lights, oak doors and marine stainless steel ironmongery. The vertical gallery spaces adding a sense of drama with the suspended solid oak staircases. The underfloor heating systems are powered using ground source heat pumps and a landscaped river terrace.
Flowing Living Space
The kitchen and dining rooms flow smoothly from one end of the ground floor to the other, with an easily accessible central W/C
Modern Bathrooms
Natural slate tiling complement the modern fittings and oak doors and detailing.
Open Bedroom/Bathrooms
In each home, the master bedroom suites incorporate an open plan bathroom with twin sinks and tensile wire lighting throughout.
