Role and responsibilities: In this role you will be expected to understand all general operations on a construction site and be able to turn your skills to a multitude of various tasks in the interests of the job as a whole.

Mason

5 years’ experience  |  Level 2 City and Guilds

Role and responsibilities: This role will require you to use your knowledge of all masonry aspects and work as part of a team. Must be able to lay brick, block and stonework to a high standard and be confident using technical drawings. A good understanding of connected trades would be preferable.

  • History of producing exceptional quality work
  • Positive attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work to schedule and budget

Job Specifics

  • £16.50-18.50 per hour
  • CSCS card required
  • Full clean driving licence essential
  • Typical hours are 8am to 4:30 pm – Mon – Fri

Skilled Labourer

1 year minimum experience  |  CSCS Card

Role and responsibilities: Loading and unloading of material either into store or across the site. This will involve manual handling of heavy and/or awkward objects. Adapting to a variety of tasks which could include mixing mortar, loading out materials, cleaning and other general duties.

  • Must have an attitude and aptitude for following instructions and understanding construction processes
  • Positive attitude and work well in a team environment

Job Specifics

  • Self employed position
  • £10-13 per hour depending on experience 
  • CSCS card preferred but can be gained
  • Full clean driving licence and transport 
  • Typical hours are 8am to 4:30pm – Mon – Fri

Site Manager

5 years’ experience  |  SMSTS Card

Role and responsibilities: We are looking to hire an experienced and professional Site Manager for our new project in Penryn. The right candidate will have a proven track record for delivering quality and precision in all their work.

You will be required to handle standard site health and safety responsibilities as well as the day to day running of a busy construction site. Experience understanding technical drawings, BQs, Sub Contract orders are essential.

The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable with positive communication skills and will need to demonstrate our company’s core beliefs of quality, honesty, and transparency. We believe our clients are our most important assets. Competitive rates are available and scope for this position to become permanent, moving to a new project once this one completes.
